Legacy and Labor explores the instinct of man to leave behind permanent reminders of one's existence that transcend labor and the human condition. The images illuminate a faulty foundation of once great ideas and power that have become the shadows behind modern advancement and global exchange. The show will feature a reading room with artists’ books and display works in various media by Melissa Catanese, Tom Hoying, Alex Lukas, Tammy Mercure, and Dan Shea.
